Know a company hiring in Singapore? Introduce us to the hiring manager or HR. If your referral leads to a successful placement, you’ll receive S$500 via bank transfer (PayNow) or a digital Grab voucher.

1) Share the details

Company name, hiring contact, and what they’re hiring for.

2) We qualify and support

We contact them respectfully, confirm hiring needs, and run the search.

3) You receive S$500

Paid within 14 days after the client invoice is paid in full.

Referral Terms

S$500 is payable only when the referred company becomes a client of Cosmos Recruit and the invoice is paid in full.
Reward will be issued within 14 days after payment is received.
Referrals must be new (not already in our database within the past 12 months).
One referrer per referral (first submission timestamp wins).
You confirm you have obtained the referred person’s consent for us to contact them.
If the referred party declines contact, we will not pursue further.
Cosmos Recruit may reject fraudulent or bulk spam referrals.
Referral rewards are subject to verification and programme terms.
