1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1 We are Cosmos Recruit Pte. Ltd. (Employment Agency Licence No. 22C1269) (“we”, “us”, “our”) and we own and operate this website (the “Site”) at www.cosmosrecruit.com.
 

1.2 Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Website Terms of Use (“Terms”). By accessing or using the Site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
 

1.3 We reserve the right to change or modify these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We may notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised Terms on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

2. ABILITY TO ACCEPT TERMS OF USE
 

2.1 You affirm that you are either (a) at least 18 years of age, or (b) possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with these Terms.

5.2.1 Use the Site for any fraudulent, unlawful, or improper purpose;
 

5.2.2 Use the Site to defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the rights of others (including privacy or data protection rights);
 

5.2.3 Impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or express or imply that we endorse any statement you make;
 

5.2.4 Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available, or violate any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of such networks;
 

5.2.5 Transmit or otherwise make available any virus, worm, Trojan, malware, or other code that is harmful, invasive, or intended to damage or interfere with the operation of any hardware, software, or equipment;

5.3 Notwithstanding Clause 5.2.11, we grant operators of public online search engines limited permission to use search retrieval applications to reproduce materials from the Site solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable indices, and only in connection with each operator’s public online search service. We reserve the right to revoke this permission at any time.

6. JOBS, APPLICATIONS, AND USER SUBMISSIONS
 

6.1 The Site may include job listings, career information, application forms, or other features that allow you to submit information (including resumes/CVs, employment history, and contact details) (“Submissions”).

6.2 You represent and warrant that:
(a) all Submissions you provide are true, accurate, and not misleading;
(b) you have the right to provide such Submissions; and
(c) your Submissions do not infringe any third-party rights or contain unlawful content.

6.3 We do not guarantee that any job listing is current, that any vacancy remains available, or that any Submission will result in an interview, offer, placement, or outcome.

6.4 Where you submit information about another individual (for example, referring a candidate), you confirm you have obtained that individual’s consent for you to disclose their personal data to us for contact and recruitment-related purposes.

7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES

7.1 The Site may provide links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for and do not endorse such external sites or resources. Your use of third-party websites and resources is at your own risk.

7.2 You may create a link to the Site provided that:
(a) the link is fair and legal and is not presented in a way that is misleading or suggests association, approval, or endorsement by us where none exists; and
(b) you have the legal right and technical ability to immediately remove the link upon our request.
